$5,750.00 – Agency management fee

  • Personal one-on-one egg donation cycle management
  • Non-medical screening of egg donor
  • Egg Donation Agreement between intended parents and egg donor

  • Egg donor and intended recipient Accident and Medical Procedure Complication Insurance
  • Coordination of egg donor psychological, genetic and medical screening
  • Coordination of egg donor monitoring and retrieval appointments
  • Egg donor and egg donor escort travel coordination
  • Financial reconciliation with supporting details
  • Egg donor recruitment
  • Agency operating expenditures

$1,000.00 – $2,500.00 – Personalized egg donor search/finder’s fee through our network of egg donor agencies (if applicable, variable) 

$2,750.00  – Known egg donor cycle management fee (if applicable)  – We will coordinate every detail of your cycle with a friend or family member.

$500.00 (if applicable, variable) – International communications deposit

$400.00 – Escrow fund management fee – (Paid to an independent management company to manage and disburse egg donor compensation and all other agreement related fees outside of the agency management fee). Funds will be held in an insured attorney trust account.

$400.00 (variable) – Egg donor legal consultation and contract review

$400.00 – Egg donor psychological evaluation (applicable if your clinic does not require in-house evaluations)

$5,000.00 – $10,000.00 – Egg donor compensation*

$500.00 – $5,500.00 (variable) – Travel and common expenses (Include but are not limited to: tolls, parking, car rental, taxi service, air travel, hotel accommodations, meals, etc.)

Heartfelt Egg Donation will monitor and control all costs, estimated and real. Any funds not utilized will be refunded.

Notes: Please be advised, that the fees and costs above reflect only those associated with our program. It is the responsibility of the Intended Parents to pay directly to the IVF Physician, Monitoring Physician or any other medical facility all medical and laboratory costs, physician’s fees and expenses and pharmaceutical costs incurred in the Egg Retrieval Procedure and Treatment Cycle for both the Egg Donor and Intended Parents. It is advised that you get an estimate of these costs from your medical provider.

*Heartfelt Egg Donation has signed an agreement with the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) that states that we will abide by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Ethics Committee Guidelines governing the payment of egg donors. The guidelines pertaining to appropriate donor compensation specifically state: “Total payments to donors in excess of $5,000 require justification and sums above $10,000 are not appropriate.” Donors will not be compensated over $10,000 under any circumstance.
